Gourmet BBQ 27th September 

12.30pm · $50 adults · $25 kids

Spring’s here and we’re celebrating with a feast straight off the grill. Start with our new‑season salami, then tuck into beef & bacon cheeseburgers, housemade sausages, and chargrilled pork glazed in red wine & crab apple.

Finish on a sweet note with mini pavlovas topped with seasonal fruit. Relaxed, delicious, and perfect for a Sunday out.

MID‑SEASON SPRING HARVEST LUNCH Sunday 11th October 

Celebrate the heart of spring with a long, lazy lunch bursting with new‑season flavours. Our Spring Harvest menu showcases the best of Tasmania right now — crisp greens, bright herbs, orchard fruits, and beautiful local meats prepared with a touch of Tranquilles magic.
